I just got my Menard's O Scale Saturn V Launching Tower and the 4.5 Volt power supply. I looked at the existing Post on this Topic, did not answer my questions. Maybe I missed something. First time I have ordered any thing from Menard's. Do they not enclose operating instructions ? I thought there would be an instruction sheet. Went to the Menard's web site, No help. Do I Just place water in that cup at the base and plug in the power supply ? I don't want to screw any thing up.

There is a power plug on the side of the base, and a pigtail plug on the underside. I assume you can use one or the other ? Is that Correct ? Surprised they don't provide an Instruction sheet.

You can use either plug. I may send mine back. I am not happy with it. Several of the structs have broken free, and I had to glue then on. it is very fraggile. Also I was told by someone that you need to use distilled water in it. I have no idea how to make or buy distilled water.

Thanks for the response. Mine Looks to be in good shape, don't see anything broken. Distilled water can be bought at the grocery store. So, Menard's does not include instruction sheets with their products ?

Walmart, Most grocery stores, Amazon,etc will have distilled water. usually in 1 gallon jugs.
