I just got a SW1500 switcher from TW. It's PS3 and has a brief manual which at the last page includes directions to download full manuals at MTH trains.com. I hate to be a guy and say I don't need that manual. Maybe I will someday?
I have so many on the shelves, that I figure why bother with more info??? What do you think?
First thing I notice is there's no DCC switch under there like Barry has posted. I get spoiled here anyways.

I think all the MTH stuff now comes with those somewhat generic mini-manuals. I can't say that I'm a big fan of that, but it's obviously something we're just going to have to learn to live with in this day of crowding the cloud.
I routinely download the manuals for anything I own, that way I can have them on tap in case I want to refer to them. Sometimes, it really does help to RTFM. I have them hosted in DropBox, so they're on all my devices, computers, laptop, and my smartphone.
Joe, appears you read the mini-manual cover-to-cover. I took one look at its genericocity and laid it aside.
