Missing Pole on Western Hobbycraft Trolley

I have a pole missing from my Western Hobbycraft Trolley - I've searched everywhere, high and low, but can not find it.

Is it at all possible that someone on the forum might have a replacement, or know where one might be got?I have contacted Western Hobbycraft and am waiting to hear back.
