Just checking the MTH Shipping schedule for the 20-3671-1 and 20-3674-1 and says "Cancelled".
I guess I didn't get the earlier memo.....a last minute thing? I had two sets on order

When I checked with MTH last week for an update on the CP Hudson delivery date they told me it was cancelled due to lack of orders. I bought this to the attention of my LHS who I ordered it from and was told they would check with MTH themselves. Today my LHS informed me that they, MTH, were going to go ahead with production of the locomotive since they did not cancel the passenger cars which are due next month and MTH was getting some grief for the late cancellation notice; we'll see.
Perhaps they could make a few changes and advertise accordingly.
Yes the Cdn$ is hurting, but there are $$ to be spent on nicely executed models.
This Premier Hudson, needs a few changes in order to get people excited to purchase.
Here is my list on what I'd like to see done to make these more accurate.
CPR Version:
1) correct tender trucks, as per sub class
H1d #2850/51
Commonwealth trucks
H1e #2860
Buckeye trucks
2)correct graphic size on loco running boards
(currently oversize striping, undersized numbers)
These are details that are easy to correct and certainly improve the 
look of the product, without an increase in cost.
I have included the Locomotive specs for striping and lettering
There is really no excuse in not making these changes and I'm sure us Canucks will be more likely to reward MTH with purchases of these otherwise fine models.
I hope to see it happen. Attention to detail is what every Enthusiaist wants to see.
