What a great experiance I just had with MTH. Last Friday (11/16/12/) my new GE Evolution quit working. I called them an got an RA& shipped it back to them. Today, (Wens. 11/21/12/) I received the engine back. Running perfect. It was a loose wire attached to the2/3 rail switch. You can actually track your repair on their website. This was my first dealing ith MTH and I must say I was extremly impressed.

As I said in another post about "fast MTH service", this is another example of MTH's continuing effort to upgrade and excel with service turn around time.
