mth gp60 or mth f3's for passenger sounds

Good morning all

Looking to add passenger train to my layout. I have a standard 3 rail Lionel track with a conventional 110 watt Lionel ac transformer. I know the MTH F3's come with passenger sounds, but do the MTH GP60's come with them. I really like the GP60 Santa Fe engine's but the one I see on ebay has freight sounds.

Question 2) I know proto (one) sounds can be activated by a ac transformer, how about proto 2 and 3 or do you need digital command to activate these sounds.
