My newest additions to my non USA tinplate collection, a 4 car set from Jep(France). One car does need replacement wheels/trucks due to zinc pest destroying the wheels. The trucks are diecast themselves and I am not sure I can get the axle/wheel assembly out without breaking the fragile diecast side frames. But I have a replacement pair of trucks found. The rest of the set has good wheels and trucks. Now I need one of the beautiful CC 7001 electric locomotives to pull the cars. I also have my eyes on the Russian Moskabel O gauge trains. Another need and odd line of trains that sparks my fancy. Only 1 locomotive was made, along with passenger cars, and a couple freight cars. So its easy to have the complete line without totally breaking the bank. Anyhow, here are the Jep cars on my dual gauge garden line(live steam/clockwork O gauge only).
