Andre, glad to hear that you had a good time at York.  When we came by your booth in the Orange hall, your son was the only one there, so we didn't get a chance to meet you. We did speak with him for a while - your "helper" did fine. Then we spent more time than expected going through the member halls and didn't get a chance to stop back again.

20:15 we arrived and as soon we turn on Church St we saw the red lights!

cheesy Western and onion bowl was a terrific combination.

Andre,

It was enjoyable to meet you and your son Ben at York!  It's great to see your enthusiasm for your products and the hobby.  I would have liked to talked with you much longer,  but I didn't want to hog all your time as there were others waiting to look at your products.  The ability to customize the signs and details(lightning quick I might add) on your buildings is a real bonus for those wanting to have local stores or business on their layouts.  I will privately email you about making 3 more of the special drop hammers and feet to replace the ones that I screwed up when painting them!  I will also be ordering a couple of the furnaces once you have the details worked out. Keep up the great work.

Andre,

It was nice talking to you, and meeting your son. Glad you had a successful trip. It's a long way from Florida to have a poor meet. I will be sending you a copy of some photos of the switching shanty we talked about. I have a CD with blow up shots, and I'm going to get detailed measurements. I have a line on another photo from someone else of what it looked like when it was in service. I too had the opportunity to meet several OGR members, thanks to Peter's list. I also talked to several whom I had the pleasure of meeting in the past.

Don
