In a Philadelphia Thrift Store, I found what I believe to be a Standard / Wide Gauge or 1 Gauge prewar composite tunnel. The "ruins" of the castle make me think its German -- but does anybody here know who manufactured it, and what it looked like before apparently falling out of an attic and down a few flights of stairs?

Thanks!

May I suggest that the tunnel was most probably made by Elastolin which is the trademark of the company O &M Hausser which founded in 1904.  They are famous for their military figures but did make railway tunnels in their earlier years.

Hope this helps the research.
