Hi,
I am building a swing-up shelf on the side of my train table, to hold a transformer. Right now, I only have a little 1033, but my plan is to go up to an LW.
If anybody can post the footprint dimensions of an LW, I would appreciate it. Height of unit doesn't matter.

The overall base dimensions are 7" wide by 5" deep.
I got 6 3/4 x 5 Don
I measured to the outside of the case at the bottom.
Thanks guys. I will err on the side of caution, and allow 8 x6 to make room for my inevitable errors.

The LW base widens at the bottom. I measured 6 7/8" wide. For the depth, you may want to allow for the throttle. In that case, with the throttle at mid-speed, the depth is 6 1/16" deep. That would be the max depth. Before mid-speed and after mid-speed, the throttle adds less to the depth. Ignoring the throttle, the depth would be 5 1/2".
