New To Me Tunnel

Ont SouOGR Forum Member DIGITAL SUBSCRIBER

I recently acquired this tunnel and would like to know it's origins. I can't seem to find an exact match in any online search. The portals look too small for O gauge so I thought maybe American Flyer. No labels inside but there is a Rocky Mountain Tunnel sign above each portal. There is some damage I think I can fix. Any info would be much appreciated.
