I have a GP 15 (Atlas, Trainman) it has TMCC. I operate it with Legacy 990. Running at the same time on a different loop is a VL Husdon. Both are powered by a Lionel 180 brick. The horn, bell and talk (such as it is) stopped working but speed control works on the GP 15. Everything works on the VL Hudson. All used to work on both engines. What did I do. I have checked the power on both loops and the Amps vary around the loops the lowest is 13 and the highest is 17. I'm thinking a good cleaning will correct that variance.
