Disassemble 19002 Dining Car?

Has anyone tried to take the roof off the 19002 PRR Dining Car? The car looks similar to the 9510 Mail Combo Passenger car, but the roof doesn't appear to be attached in the same manner. On the 9510 there were a couple of windows with holding tabs that you press in and the roof pops off (eventually). There are no such windows on the 19002, although it does look like the roof has a similar fake window frame molded onto it.
