I just want to publicly give a shout out to Steve. He worked with us to fix a problem on another vendors product that has been going on for ten years. We had purchased a turntable that gave us problems. The turntable would index fine but it you tried to turn the deck 180 degrees it wouldn’t line up. We even took the turntable out and brought it back to the manufacturer because he blamed us for the problem and said it had to be recalibrated. After the recalibration it did the same exact thing. We tried every configuration possible and it still had the same problem. Steve B suggested that we try his index and motor which we did. We installed the motor and index. Everything looked good except the table would not go to home. We had used the original home switch. Turns out the other manufacturer uses the normally open position on the home switch and Ross uses the Normally closed. In between there Steve had sent replacement parts that might have caused it and was very patient and worked with us on it. Once I moved the switch to the proper contact everything worked flawless. It took me about an hour to configure all 31 positions. Works perfect!
