Menards F3 "B" Units? | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

A couple years ago I purchased one of the "limited production" Menards Santa Fe F3 "beta" engines (followed later by a matching dummy "A" unit with the same road number).

I've read that Menards also produced a limited production "Blue Bonnet" version of the engine with a matching blue "B" unit. Does anyone know if Menards ever produced an F3 "B" unit in the RED warbonnet scheme? Has there been any talk about future production of a separate sale matching "B" unit in red?

There was no B unit. Whatever you read was wrong.

Thanks… I was really skeptical about that. I have a feeling that person was mistakenly referring an unpowered blue A unit as a “B unit”.
