They are offering some great deals on diesels but most of them are 2019 model year and out of Lionel warranty. I wonder if any one has gambled on these? I bought some (4) from another dealer recently and they all had to go back because of bad boards.

Lionel may not accept them for warranty repair, but Charles Ro would have to repair, replace or refund initially defective products by state law, if I'm not mistaken.

Gunny. Thanks for this information, which I did not know and had just ordered one of the diesels. Hoping for the best, and if defective I would agree with the previous members comment that the firm would need to honor if Lionel declined. Again, hoping I never need to know. Mike
