I think the MTH switches you mentioned are 072, at least that's the largest size I see mentioned.

I have the catalog and it just lists the switch(# 4 and # 6) and not any curve radius for it.

You might want to look at the Atlas O number turnouts, such as the #5 or even the big, long #7. Unless of course you are trying to find curved turnouts.

The only traditional O switch I know of with a curved diverging route that is close to O-100 is the Ross O-96.  It, as well as all Ross switches, match up well with Atlas track. If you are looking for a scale dimensioned switch, the Ross Regular (close to #5) switch's short curved section is equivalent to O-100.

Downside of Ross switches for you is they have the big wooden ties you don't want.
