I wanted to take the time to Thank Alan and Rich for fixing a problem I came across! It was so nice to talk to Alan on the phone and here his concern in his voice over my problem! He took my number and told me he would call me back when everything was fixed. It was no more then 15-20 minutes and here was Alan on the phone informing me that everything was corrected!
What a great group of people! I can tell that's why this is such a great FORUM!

I guess thats why folks say its best to contact the vendor first with an issue, as opposed to coming on the forum to complain.
Yes, working an issue out quietly and privately always seems the better way to go.
I have spoken to Alan twice on the phone in the past, and we had great conversation about the issues at hand. I agree about handling things privately.
Mike, I certainly appreciate the kind words, but thanks are in order to you, as well. You pointed out a problem that had cropped up in our web store shipping module that we were not aware of. It’s tough to spend $14 on a video and then spend another $20 to ship it!
Thanks to you our standard $5 flat rate shipping is now back in effect, not the $20 International Shipping rate! I’m not sure where that came from, but it’s gone now.

I concur with MIKE G's assessment - Rich, Alan and all the other gentlemen who have helped to moderate this great forum are the BEST! I have been an active member since 2001.
Nice to know there is a recourse for issues and that customer service is a priority. Thanks for sharing Mike and thank you to the gentlemen, Alan and Rich.

Rich, if you and Alan didn't run such a great site full of great people and information I would have wrote it off and moved on! But everyone here is the best, and that says a lot about you 2 and your crew running the show! Thanks again!
