Ordered item from Zstuff express on 6/19. Have not received it.Emailed them several times and called and left message without response.Has anyone else had problem with them?
They are verrrt slow. Orders are a one person operation
Even if it is a one person order desk, zero response going on 2 weeks is inexcusable. They can't be that swamped with business to ignore a customer.
I love Z Stuff products, but Z Stuff Express leaves a lot to be desired. Your better off ordering through a dealer such as Ross Custom Switches or Gargraves.
Plenty of threads on this forum about Z-Stuff "service". I had a horrible experience with Dennis - zero customer service skills. Never again.
Dennis is second to none in terms of technical support. In my case, he has always responded within the same day of my inquiry or the next day. Never longer. Response to on-line orders placed directly with Z Stuff Express is another situation. It is my understanding that Z Stuff Express is run by a relative (daughter, daughter in law?) who apparently does not take the business seriously.
Like others have suggested I strongly agree that orders should be placed through Ross, Gargraves or another reliable retailer.
