They have 4 pack of 10" FasTrack for $9.99 after rebate.
PR Flyer set for $120 after rebate. ($149 online)
Coca Cola set for $199.99.
I love the partnership they have with Lionel and hope it continues for many years. Menards has such great prices. I was able to pick up some Lemax pieces that I've been wanting for excellent prices.

i didn't go for the sets. i don't believe that they have the cw80 transformer. the track was a good deal but i didn't need any.
The WS buildings are 20% off now.

Our local Menards has the Penn Flyer for $120 (after $50 mail-in relate), the Coke train for $200 after rebate, and the C&NW set for $200, after rebate. The buildings were not in stock. The C&NW set is an attractive set, but, then, I am partial to the C&NW. I am glad Menards and Lionel have had this partnership for several years now.
By the way, the Coke set DOES have the CW-80 transformer...it is mentioned on the setbox.
