Pre/Post war Lionel 97 coal elevator with controller, no box

Pre/Post war Lionel 97 coal elevator in very good shape and everything operates. Paint is in very good condition. The back window is missing some paint. Controller has been modified by previous owner, but works fine, see picture. No box. I am asking $60 plus shipping, my guess is around $20. I purchased the modern one to replace this one.
