This also applies for model trains.  I've noticed that most Pennsy cabooses (PRR called "cabin car") have a region or division named under the number such as "Buckeye Region" or "Central Division". My questions are the following.

1. Were cabooses from certain divisions/regions found on other routes not belonging to that region/division? How often?

2. There was a Philadelphia Region, yet I cannot find any O scale cabooses with a Philly Region designation. Were there any in real life?

3. There are PRR cabooses with no designation. Was this just by chance, or was there a reason some didn't designate a specific location?

4. When did they change from "Region" to "Division"?

5. According to a map, the Cumberland Valley branch of the PRR was part of the Philadelphia Region. Would it be prototypical for the PRR to run different cabooses on this line? I can't find any pictures.
