OK, CH, here's my real-world and modeling efforts in answer to your intriguing suggestion. The subject is forestry - logging. Various types of equipment are featured. The inspiration was traveling in the area around Cortland, NY and seeing some cutting being done. Subsequent inquiries at a John Deere dealership located along Rt. 11 helped me to understand further what I was seeing and was attempting to model. What interested me most about challenging myself to model such scenes was that they were entirely new territory for me, esp.since all of my modeling up to then always included at least one structure; also, I grew up in Pittsburgh, and seeing forestry logging was not part of a typical day, to say the least.

Who needs a big city to run a PCC trolley?? This one is at Orange Empire in the middle of the So Cal Desert!! So you can run a PCC in any era or location!
