I hope i'm in the right section of the forum. I have two questions:

1.  How can I remove the axle from an 0-27 passenger car so as to replace the electrical pick-up that has fallen off? I can't figure out how it came off at all, but I sure cannot get it back on without removing the axle/wheel assembly. It looks like if you just force it, it might break.

2. On an unrelated topic, I thought I'd paint an older F7 Southern PS1 engine, A B A. Is there a link that talks about paint, decals and methods for repainting? I'm looking at maybe a Pennsylvania roadname scheme. Maybe get it upgraded to PS2 also.

3. I have another engine that I might get professionally repainted. WHo is doing that. Inexpensively maybe.

Number 1 question is most pressing now.

Thanks.

The mth F7's are a recent production item made after the "Turn of the Century." There should be no PS1 f7 engines oem since Ps2 took over in the late 1990's.

IF there is any Ps1 f7's oem it would be a Williams"F7" with Ps1 added to it.

Otherwise it could be an mth f3 with Ps1... and there are a lot of mth Ps1 f3 sets out there on the secondary market.
