Replace G-E 53 bulbs | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

Greetings. The G-E 53 14 volt bulbs are burning out on my Lionel double signal bridge. Through searching here I ended up on a site. The pics of the bulbs I’m looking at aren’t clear. I can’t tell if the 18 volt 1445 they sell have good “nubs” to fit in well. Pat has already informed me about putting in a resister so I can run tracks at 18 volts for my modern remote stuff. I’d really like to use the 18 volt replacements as well. I’d hate to spend money on something that almost works. Thanx in advance for any info.

the last batch of green & red 18Volt bayonet bulbs I bought was from henningstrains

less than a buck per bulb thumb
