     the warning should  give you the option to continue regardless of the cert. error. If not go to "tools"   "internet options" then to "security" and simply disable the cert. warning option along with anything else regarding cert. As long as you only visit low risk sights this will not open your pc to malaware or spam files. hope this helps

Tried disabling everything I could find in internet security tab that looked related to certificate, and best I can get is "Internet Explorer cannot display this page."

There's nothing that MTH can do about it except complete migrating to their new site. Since others can circumvent the certificate problem and you cannot, the solution is for you to dump IE and find a browser that works.

If Firefox doesn't work for you, try Chrome or even Safari (for Windows). The Mac version of Safari handles the certificate problem just fine. Perhaps the Windows version will, as well. You can find Safari for Windows at the following link:

This must be something on your computer.  I just went to the MTH site and downloaded a PS/2 sound file using Firefox 15.0, the latest version.  Downloaded without a hitch, no warnings, no problems.

I clicked on the link you provided in the previous message, and I get to this page.  Again, no warnings, no problems.

I guess you are right that its probably my computer or the dsl link.  I disabled the antivirus temporaily, no go.

I'd expect this to be some settings in Firefox or perhaps some add-on you've installed.

In Explorer 9  a window bar comes up at the bottom of  screen (scroll down?) and lets you continue to the download page.

If you're still stuck, email me (in profile) and together we can figure out how to get the file to you.  I'm not a computer whiz but I can either email it to you or figure out how I can post it somewhere where you can download it.

Sent you 4.2.  Which loader do you need, 32 or 64?

The file is 28 MB or so. I doubt very much that his mailbox can handle it.

You can use DepositFiles to transfer files as large as 10GB for free.

Hi Charly and all others who have been very helpful.  I got the files from Mort's website and installed on my computer.  So as I said in a previous posting I will "labor" today to update the TIU if I had time after going to a train auction.

Tried to download files from my wifes computer running Windows7 at the university where she works, but no go.  Same security certificate expired message.
