I have only made a few purchase from Rich at Korber but they went very smooth. I though I was missing a part in a kit and emailed Rich. He asked that I try to identify the missing part with a picture and he would get one right out. Turns out there was nothing missing at all. It was combined with another part and I did not realize it.

Great products...great service and very fast shipping.
