Ringling Brothers Circus Train?

Last northbound run of the RB circus train.

WOW,  5 engines, & 60 cars. I never realized it was that many cars.

Not exactly what you requested, but maybe entertaining. Taken in Hershey, PA just outside the Park after their performance at the Giant Center. As you can see in every group there is always one ...................

The movie, Greatest Show on Earth, has many scenes in it of the actual circus train in that time frame; there were two trains at that time to transport the circus.

You could also inquire of the Ringling Museum.

Thanks for the lead on the movie. I saw it as a young kid in the theater but do not remember much of it. Where is it available? Also, do you have contact information for the Ringling Brothers Museum?

Actually, there were two circus trains, each complete.  The Red and the Blue.  I think each alternated each year, so you got to see the same "circus" every second year.  

TRAINS did a circus issue a few years ago.

Flat car photos (other than trailers) are pretty scarce.

Does anyone know what is the location and final fate of all those RB&BB circus cars?
