does anyone run these?I bought the christmas ones and every 15 minutes the couplers falls down and hit the track. I email walt and he said tighten the screw. so i did,but if you make it to tight the coupler will not swing back and fourth. is this just a very bad design. i even tried a little loctite . I email walt back about this problem but yet to here back from him. does anyone have any idea to stop the screw from coming loose. Nice trains but you just cant run them for more then 15-20 mins. thanks for any help

I have a few sets & have seen this in a few of the cars.  It does appear to be a design flaw... it's almost as if the the coupler will "ratchet" the screw loose as it goes back & forth.  The loctite didn't work?  I've heard a small dab of super glue, or the like, in the bottom of the screw hole would fix it.

the loctite work maybe for 35 minutes. i use very little. maybe ill try some super glue, or stronger loctite. i was using 242. this allows you to still get the screw out out if you had to.

I received a set of four peeps at the start of the week.  out of the box one coupler was dangling down, due to the tensioning spring being installed incorrectly.  Since then I've had 3-4 of the couplers come loose as described.

There is a screw in each coupler visible when you turn the car over, and a second one when you remove the coupler from the car body.  I've found both of these coming loose.  I applied loctite to both screws on all cars tonight, and will wait to see if that helps.

I have the Beep that only runs forward, so the issue with the couplers is an additional disappointment.
