2. New York Central - sold in AA combos, B unit separate sale
3. Western Pacific - sold in AA combos, no B unit made
4. MKT/Texas Special - sold in AB combos only
5. Southern - sold in AA combos, B unit separate sale
6. Wabash - sold in AB combos only
7. Illinois Central - sold in AB combos only
8. Baltimore & Ohio - sold in AB combos only
9. Milwaukee Road - sold in AB combos only
10. Rio Grande - sold in AB combos only
11. Canadian Pacific - sold in AA combos, no B unit made
