a while back I posted a way to automatically control the three DZ-200Cs on a Ross 4-way switch with diodes.
The attached diodes looked like this.
I thought the diodes could look better so I designed a diode cover.
The cover will be 3D printed. No Plastruct parts are used all 3D printed

What's a DZ-200C? Are you talking about the DZ-2500?
How do the diodes know which track I want to select?
DZ-2500Cs typed too fast.
the diodes switch the turnouts based on a train traveling into one of the four turnouts using the non-derailing function of each DZ-2500C.
For my Ross 8-Way turnout, I put the diode matrix under the table. It's pretty ugly but has been reliable.
@AlanRail I don't know if I will ever need this but my goodness man, your CAD skills are just off the charts!!!! I don't have much more to contribute. I just had to say it. I think I'm darn good at CAD but you give me a new level to work towards.

The COVER is printed as pieces with interconnecting tabs and slots to make it easier to paint and build.
3D printing makes it simple to just print the whole model but if you do its harder to paint.

Alan, your work is incredible! I never could do what you can create. The following is how I solved my diode placement.
For this 6 track passenger terminal and the ten attending turnouts needed to align correctly;
I made this Dallee CD augmented diode matrix which will align every turnout necessary with one push button for the necessary point alignment for a through routing of the station track needed. Six tracks, six push buttons, ten switches:
The diode board was set back 6" just under the fascia.
Tom Tee that's some neat wiring you did. Could have used your talents before I retired as an electrician.
