Just checked my favorite online seller. O and O27, whatever you want listed as "Next Day". My guess is, why spend money to advertise when the market is saturated? If they stopped making it tomorrow, you'd still be able to buy it new for years... Then there's the miles of it sitting in homes around America just gathering dust NIB.

My $0.02, don't sweat it.

The tubular track is in fact in the Lionel track and power catalog, or that maybe called power and track catalog.  But it is mark as "limited."  We discussed this "limited" note with Mike Reagan when here at local toy train shop.  Since manufacturers are not willing to make say a yearly production run Lionel has decided to purchase a block of X-years sales predictions.  Now if by some chance there is a hot run on this track and it sells much quicker then supplies will be low until another block run is warranted.
