Lots of threads on it, they seem to have a plan, but the exact details are yet to be formally announced.

Really no need to ask; when the public will be allowed to know, believe me, it will be front page news on this Forum.
Everyone has that secret source that has the story but can't say who it is. They know a guy who is friends with Mike Wolf's barber's nephew's garbage man.
Unfortunately information from MTH is scarce. Until MTH says anything everyone else is unreliable no matter how much they know someone.
MTH's current going out of business plan: They are going out of business.
Other than that: The future's not ours to see, que sera sera...
