Frank, I am saddened to hear this. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
Every one of these expressions of sympathy and solidarity have meant something to me to read at the quiet moments when I have returned to our home and have been trying to rest and calm myself after each necessary task of "arrangements" that had to be performed.
Thus, the "wake" is this afternoon, and the Funeral is tomorrow. So, that's what I have to try to get through next.
The emptiness of this house without her is....beyond words. But it sure is present, everywhere around me. And in me.
When I can figure out what is left of me, I will write a more proper Thank You here to all of you.
Thank you, Ben.
I am terribly sorry to hear this news and can't imagine what you are going through. I'm praying for God's comfort and grace to surround your wife, you, and your family during this time. May all of your wonderful moments together remain in your heart.
May she rest in peace!!!
