Hello everyone,

I've worked on and repaired many Lionel engine's, but as the title says "this one takes the cake".

This is the Lionel Vision Line Pennsy CC-2  0880, that's all i can say is WOW this was a tough one. Never seen

so many wires in such a tight space with so many things going on. This engine had quite a few issues which I'm repairing,

a word to the wise, if you own this engine and need any servicing on it (proceed with caution) Make sure the place or person you

send it to has the know how to work on it. Or just send it to Lionel. But as always i enjoyed working on it

Thanks for looking

Alex

Alex,

I am glad you, Willy Gee, Guns and GGG all have the patience to mess with this delicate stuff inside our engines, the older I get the more I do not want to mess with

the internals, it use to be fun for me, now my eye sight is not what it use to be, especially close up.   I finally realized before they put me in a rubber room, it was time to out source some of the fine electrical work.
