While running my usual 3 trains I lost control of my DCS engines.  Red light on TIU no longer glows steady red.  Powered down and reapplied power and all engines on track started in neutral.  Pushed the Read button and got TIU Error message.  TIU does not respond to any commands tethered or not.  Remote displays No Active Engine when engine button pushed.  Tried a factory TIU reset but no results.  Opened TIU and all 4 fuses appeared ok.

What's my next step?

The problem is that your TIU is no longer receiving power for itself. This will cause variable channels to shut down completely and fixed channels to run in conventional mode.

How are you powering the TIU? If you're using the Aux. Power port, check for a blown fuse or tripped breaker on that power source. If using Fixed #1, check the same for that transformer.

I'd also double-check the TIU's internal fuse for Fixed #1.
