When I connect my mth explorer to realtrax, it shows overload ( red light). Anybody have a suggestion?

Will you please provide more details? Helpful information would include what electrical loads are electrically connected to the track like accessories, locomotives and cars?
Have you done a close visual inspection to check for something electrically conductive causing a short circuit on the track?
With the power and control circuits disconnected from the track and all locomotives and cars removed, you could use a multi-meter to check for continuity between the center and outer rails.
If you check these and report your detailed findings, more help could be offered.
