"Trains and Locomotives" airs TONIGHT, 3/16 @ 6:00 -7:00 PM EDT; and Tuesday, 3/17 @ 4:30 - 5:30 AM EDT on RFD TV. The show's title is "Rails to Roanoke--1987 Convention" and features steam and diesel locomotives attending the NRHS convention in 1987.

RFD TV airs on ATT U-verse channels 568 and 1568; Dish channel 231; DirecTv channel 345; Verizon channel 247; and Armstrong Cable channel 488.

Apologies for the extremely short notice. Set your DVR for Tuesday early a.m. if you miss today's airing--should be a good one.

Verizon FIOS took away our RFD channel, a few months ago our local FOX station for a few weeks while they dithered, then last week, without warning, eliminated The Weather Channel. Time to change cable company

WOW!!! 95% of this professionally produced show was N&W 611 and 1218 video from 1987 NRHS convention. I watched the 6-7 p.m. EDT program that I'd DVR'ed.

If you are interested, set your DVR to catch the early, Tuesday morning airing if you didn't see or record it earlier.
