I've built 6 LaBelle passenger car kits. The first 2 were difficult, but after I became more familiar with them, they became fairly simple to construct, although I learn something on every kit. I'm at the point where I'm going to start kitbashing a few of them.

This is the second car I built:

It was the victim of a train wreck. When I built it I wasn't going to detail the interior or light it. I regretted that decision so I'm trying to figure out how to do it now, while converting it to an observation car. Unfortunately, I added interior bracing and sealed the inside with gray primer. At this point I don't think I can fully detail the interior. I'm either going to frost the windows, or "creatively" frost the windows to show some interior detail without having to detail the whole thing. 

The plan is to use the Scalecity parts shown above, Tomar marker lights and possibly a drumhead (Not sure if Tomar is still in business. Website is unsecure, and won't allow anything to be purchased.), and GRJ's led circuit board for lighting.
