I am so tired. IDK why. I'm blaming on the weather. 5 orders behind right now. Thats not tooooooo bad. A couple more cups of coffee, I guess. While watching the Dodgers beat the Rockies this afternoon on TV, I loaded about 25 more Weaver PS-2 covered hopper cars on our website. These are cars that we've had for years, and I'm just discovering that they've never been up on the web. Many of them were special run cars.. They are all available 3 rail or 2 rail, plastic trucks or diecast trucks.
Shipping......Its just getting ridiculous. All the special charges.... We have an account with fedex, and they just keep raising the cube rate, which is what governs. Not to mention up to 7.00 $ for residential delivery. So I'm going to try a consolidator tomorrow, and see if its any help. So far not encouraged, but still hopeful. On a good note, I saw someone charging 50. for shipping for 1 passenger car on ebay. Now that's really ridiculous. It costs us about 20 to ship a passenger car across the country. And I still think that that's a lot, considering that these cars arent that cheap in the ist place......
