You've got to love a kid who picks the Chessie System as his favorite RR.
It's been a busy week in Plasticville.
Transferring freight from my Valley Railway, across the aisle, to his Sassafras Creek Railroad.
Here is updated picture's of my K-line Clinchfield Die-cast 2 Bay Hopper With Coal.I put new lionel trucks on. The other trucks was croded up pretty bad.
Not much doing this week....busy at work.....here is an old favorite. One of my favorite liveries...New York Central....Jade Green, with the cigar band.
This was taken in May, 1984 while traveling from Philly to Buffalo. I stopped in Rochester to get some fast food and saw this small freight yard across the street.

Golden Gate Depot El Cap cars shipped this week. I got the original run in Santa Fe and the 2nd run in Amtrak. I haven't had time to get all the cars out yet so please forgive my poor cell phone photos.

NS SD70M 2588 (1 of only 10 non flared radiator SD70Ms on NS) leads an eastbound manifest through Shawsville, VA on the Christiansburg District
NS 188 heads eastbound at Coopers, WV with Dash-9 9417 leading & the Interstate heritage unit trailing
N&W 611 heads northbound through Jamestown, NC on the Piedmont Mainline
