About time slacker.
8000 Horsepower!!!!!
In showcasing our affiliation with the parent company (Santa Fe) we have been trading/acquiring more motive power in the signature Warbonnet scheme. Here are two PA/PB No 2000 sets that are 'lashed-up' into an ABBA. Man, they are long!
Due to budget constraints, the company will probably be selling the extra B and we'll run her as the customary ABA...

This is a really nice shot Scott!
The teepees and the cactus help create an unusual and rugged scene. Those MTH woodside passenger cars are some of my personal favorites.
In honor of my son just enlisting in the U.S Navy I have a couple of new editions to the layout.
c. sam - That SF PA looks great next to the viaduct. I like it better than the F series.
Here's the last of my photos from MT.
A work train southwest of East Glacier.
The caboose lives. Someone also posted one last week in the northwest.
Goat Lick Overlook about five miles south of Izaak Walton Inn.
Goats licking salt on ledge below train.
A new addition -- an MTH Canadian Pacific Dash 9 -- alongside an old favorite, K-Line's "jaded" version of the New York Central RR.

Nice to have a tribute on your layout!
Recycling saves $$. Dismantled in '09 from 1997 layout, much used in wiring new layout started 2010---from "rats nest to rehab".
Track Plan with A LOT of help from Matt Jackson. Thanks Matt.
Chris, ditto what C Sam said about son!

Some really nice photos guys!
Chris kudos to your son for enlisting in the Navy!
Here is a pic of my newly acquired Conrail GP20 that just arrived yesterday. Thank you to Art for a great engine. Of course I could not resist applying some dirt and grime.
I LOVE that parking garage and its immediate neighborhood! It reminds me of one in Pittsburgh, PA I used several decades ago, just down the street from Gimbels Dept. Store. I esp. like that the cars exit on a slightly sloped ramp, which seems a very clever touch and detail, to me, Alan.
