Thanks everyone for posting.  @Yellowstone Special- Really neat ATSF diesels, Santa Fe most welcome here anytime.

@jgtrh62- That is a beautiful model of the Rio Grande diesel - I wish I was good enough on diesels to recognize the model but I am not.  However the detailing on the front pilot with all the mu hoses etc is just super!!  What a great job!

@WP - Love that cab forward engine , looks really good.  Thanks for posting

Best Wishes everyone

Don

Well folks, we have been nearly 2 weeks since updating this post.  So I am going to give it a try and see if there are some other "Wednesday" fans out there.

First, my Lionel  (MPC) # 8351 Santa Fe Alco A in freight colors doing her job moving some boxcars.  The #8351 is from 1973-1975

Another piece of Lionel Santa Fe rolling stock, the #19216 boxcar from 1990.

Finally the Lionel # 18601 Great Northern "Columbia" locomotive from 1988

Well guys those are my W.R.W. offerings today, hopefully some other folks will come along and add to the portfolio

Best Wishes

Don

Well folks, here is my WRW post for this week.  Using the "old faithful" UP as the basis for the road, here is several pictures for your entertainment.

The Mark E7 locomotive, AB pictured here , from 1960.

Marx E7 UP #52 front view

Here she is showing us her "B" unit.

Here she is departing with the #3900 UP caboose a very late arrival from 1974-75.

What a wonderful thread, beautiful trains, beautiful videos, beautiful parts of the USA, @Yellowstone Special Vern, those are two of my favorite diesels, and  trains, Wow, @Don McErlean, Don, I love the Rio Grande trains to, and I’ve always wondered why the letters are facing forward and not like a steamer with the flow going backwards? Happy Railroading Everyone IMG_9229IMG_9209IMG_8850IMG_8680IMG_8658IMG_8099IMG_7598IMG_7601IMG_6538IMG_6537IMG_6526

Thank you, Larry. They are the only two roads on my layout in both passenger and freight. 😉

Pennsy wasn't Vern .   Just saying I had the two western roads that you had ........I guess I could use a little latitude to explain the Pennsys for western roads after seeing a Santa Fe F3 in a video running near a Pa. town.

(  I'll try not to show the Pennsy passenger cars on this thread again )

LOL! 😂 Just buggin' ya, Dallas. No matter. 😉
