I think Lionel took some liberty to salute the year Western Pacific began operations, or the factory goofed and used a Zero instead of a 8. Probably not the latter! The real existing Heritage locomotive is #1983, the year that UP finalized the purchase of Western Pacific. All in all, it's such a pretty model with the Feather River Logo on it. Also noted, the Legacy sounds usually have the dialog with the road number, but this one does not, more generic.  Does anybody else here have one of these?
