I received this circuit board in a bundle of QSI boards I won in a recent Cabin Fever auction, and was wondering what exactly it is, and what it is used for.
Could someone please tell me its application, and how to hook it up, so as I might be able to use it in my layout, or in a repair on a loco?

This looks like an older version of the Trac-DTL. It's a current sensing device that controls its onboard Relay. I can be used for reversing DC voltage track polarity and other functions.
Here's a link to the modern version which appears to have similar connections. That page has wiring instructions.

Now I know exactly what it is, I may not have any use for it, as my track power is AC, not DC.
