Hello all.
Hope this is the right forum for this but here goes.
Just got one of the above cars from the Western Depot in California.
So I first notice that the car is upside down in the box. Well I suppose it happens but I haven't noticed it before.
I take it out of the box and the top falls loose from the base which I thought was strange. I notice that from each truck there are two wires a black and a red but not attached to the top mechanism just laying there. So I look in the instructions and the first thing I notice is that they are for the coal dump car and not the log. Well maybe it the same mechanism so I read on and find not a mention at all of the wire situation.
Not sure what to think. I put a call into the Westerns Depot but probably wont here back till after the holidays'. I assume the same with Williams.
Anybody have this experience with one of these cars? Its the first time I have bought one of these so I am not sure what to think.
