Fathers Day Received  2 Williams F59PHI Engines ( O Gauge Conventional). I am not mechanical even with you tube. I Took them to two local train techs (friend's) who removed the single screw  then learned that they could not hand-remove the motor to lube the gearing on either one. They seemed frozen in place. Concern about  breakage. Suggested WBB,

1). Anyone have a schematic or suggestions on what to do? Purchased from Train World - only one or two engines left on site. Train World said to contact WBB.

Williams By Bachmann  - I contacted a Manager who was great to talk to but limited what she could do? Indicated no schematics on how to remove the motor for lubing. She talked to a repair Tech who Suggested removing a single screw below the motor pulling the motor out and lubing. I explained myself and other tech's (friends at two local train shops) already did this and indicated it was jammed in there very tight and were concerned it could be broken pulling it out. WBB manager gave me a repair phone number but I am tired of being on hold for 40 minutes every other day. Mon-Thur.

2). Also, will not lubing this Motor Gear (worm gear??) cause problems in the future?

Pictures below (attachments): Sorry not great with computers either.

Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Warmest Regards,

Thank you for all your time, consideration and energy.
