Recently purchased a new in box Z4000 which according to code on transformer was actually manufactured in 2004.When handles are mturned they seem somewhat stiff and lacking fluidity of movement almost as if there's somewhat of a rubbing between them and the case itself. Is this common and to be expected or a unit that's been stored for so long without use? is this tighness or feeling of slight rubbing what the adjustment tension screws are meant to correct or did I receive one with a problem and long ago expired warranty?
