#154 Highway Flasher

i was skimming thru one of my older Greenberg "Tips and Tricks" booklet when I spotted a photo of a scene that included a highway flasher with a pair of blinking lights on both sides of the post. The photo caption did not reference the flasher. It looked like a #154 but if it was the base was neatly hidden beneath gravel. Could it have been a kit-bashed #154? Or some brand other than Lionel? I could sure use a pair of these. I would think it a fairly easy kitbash task, but if a double sided flasher is available I would just as soon buy it. I searched my post-war assessories reference book but found no such item.
