With the Northeaster we are having in Maine today, I got a chance to photograph the 2012 Coca-Cola Holiday truck from Atlas. It is being lit with battery power, but when I install it on the layout, I will use a converter.

What scale and size is it? Is it comparable to the Lionel trucks that are available or closer to a 1:43 scale?

It is a 1/43 scale model. I have a large part of my regular layout dedicated to a winter scene and this will go nicely with it. I previously have seen the real thing on the roads many times and always thought it would be nice if somebody did a model.
My wife saw the Atlas ad and thought that it would be a nice Christmas present for me . She has great taste.

Just curious, what type of battery and how many does it take to run it?

It's a nice truck. I noticed Amazon has it, listed simply as a Coca Cola christmas truck, for $24.
